Rosedale – Open For Business

All will be aware by now of the Government COVID-19 diktat that all pubs, cafes restaurants are to close until further notice. However, our local businesses are going to carry on as take-out/take-away outlets and basic shops for as long as possible. Coffee Morning – 7 March 2020

The coffee morning held in the Coach House Inn on Saturday 7 March was in aid of Guide Dogs for The Blind. The following is a message from Angela Gage, our local coordinator for the charity:

‘To all of you who supported the coffee morning in aid of Guide Dogs, a huge thank you from the Guide Dogs staff, from the people with sight loss, from the dogs whose dinners you provide and from myself.

These dogs help people to be independent and often fulfil their dreams. They provide companionship, support and protection as well as enabling their owners to socialise. I was therefore thrilled to be able to send a cheque for £300 to the charity from us all.

I also want to thanks Beth at the Coach House and to Margaret, Carol, Janet and Paddy for their help with the raffle. Angela’
